Video games generally adhere to a fantasy theme, which is perhaps what makes them so intriguing visually. Often characters are exaggerated human forms, with bulging bodies, enormous power, or great speed and agility. Many games include characters of another species, possessing magical powers and skills. Undoubtedly video games offer some of the richest character designs. Of course video games don't stop at character design. Entire worlds are invented for these characters to inhabit, and whilst they range from the minimal, to the vast and sprawling, these worlds are often visually intriguing. Today we've compiled over 50 examples of wonderful digital art inspired by the video game format. These illustrations range from depictions of famous characters, to epic battles, landscapes and even text effects. Digital Art Inspired by Video Games

Ry Spirit is a hugely talented digital artist who has built up a Facebook following in the thousands. His work has very unique style, being both bold/colorful and cartoony. Whilst some of his work does include sharp outlines, generally his compositions have quite soft edges, with a certain handdrawn feel to them. We get a real sense that these pieces have been 'painted' rather than simply filled in with color in Photoshop. The rich shadowing and textures really make this work stand out. Ry's work generally put characters at the forefront. Interestingly he captures each character doing something indicative of their existence. Rather than simply placing a character on a plain background, he'll have child-Link waking up in his bed, or pokemon mid-battle.

Sandara is widely known for her detailed, realistic fantasy artworks. She truly manages to capture the essence of each character she observes. Generally her work will utilize lighting very well, engulfing dark characters in deep shadows, whilst using glows/rays of light to bring life to the piece. There is definitely a sense of fantasy in her work, as her compositions tend to focus on magical creatures (dragons, elves, wolfmen etc...). She also tends to base each piece around a certain color palette, which evokes the mood in each composition. Below you can observe a magical couple amidst a purple, romantic landscape, or a fierce warrior, fighting through a fiery, amber scene.

Nezma (otherwise known as Nat from Canada) is a talented digital artist with a penchant for capturing the magical world of video games. Her work shows tremendous diversity, as you can see from the examples below. She ranges from soft, cartoony drawings, to sharp vector designs, and realistic digital paintings. What is admirable is that whatever medium she chooses, Nezma manages to capture the true essence of her character. The pieces below show great attention to colors and lighting and range from cute to ominous.

DXSinfinite has some truly inspiring digital art, much of it based on video game characters. Again, this artist shows tremendous diversity in his work, and can capture an anime scene, or a highly realistic depiction of his favorite character. His work shows great attention to form, with the vastly bugling muscles of many video game characters providing a wonderful study of the human body. We get a sense of power and energy from many of his works, and he truly captures the might behind some of these popular video game creations.

Last, but certainly not least, GENZOMAN whose works are some the of most favored fantasy digital art in the collection. His work is rich in texture, lighting and details, resulting in a realistic, yet still very much fantasy outcome. He often combines his expert shading and digital painting skills with intense light effects in Photoshop, generally used to demonstrate the explosive powers of the characters he is capturing. The backdrops for these characters are equally rich, and really place each creation in their natural setting. Each composition typically uses very bold colors and rich shadows to capture the 'larger than life' visuals inherent in the video game format. Definitely an artist to keep your eye on!

On the sixth floor of the entertainment temple, there is a unique space: an event hall. This special location, in the heart of Brussels, has hosted many national and international artists in the past. The doors will open once more on March 18. In collaboration with promoter MB Presents, the Digital Art Theater comes to life with the first immersive experience being a visit to the world of renowned Mexican artist Frida Kahlo: 'Viva Frida Kahlo Immersive Experience'.

Her life, and especially her work and her passion, are at the heart of a unique 360° experience. The project was created with the approval of the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Museums Trust with the support of the Mexican Embassy and the City of Brussels.

VIAGE Digital Art Theatre - Viage Digital Art Theatre Development Finance Llc

While looking for a location for their latest immersive production, MB Presents came across the beautiful hall with a capacity of one thousand people. Previously, national and international artists performed here such as Prince, Kool & The Gang, The Gibson Brothers, George Benson, Paul Anka, Level 42, Clouseau, … The space turned out to be perfect. The connection with the rest of the versatile complex, the first in a new generation of such entertainment centers for owner Casino Austria International (CAI) since April 2010, adds an extra touch to the expo. Spread over an area of approximately 14, 000 square meters, has a very diverse leisure offer with bars, a restaurant, the largest game offer in Belgium with more than 500 slot machines, live gaming tables and a large poker room, where the World Poker Tournament takes place every year.

Viva Frida Kahlo

To immerse yourself in the life of the headstrong artist, which was also the subject of the biographical drama 'Frida' starring Salma Hayek in 2002, this environment is the perfect setting. The movie shows, among other things, a scene of the meeting between Kahlo and the Parisian nightclub sensation Josephine Baker, which could have perfectly taken place at . El Patio, a cabaret and entertainment center in Mexico City, also has a link with Frida Kahlo. From 1938 to 1994, the exclusive club was the place to be where celebrities, including Kahlo, performed and were 'seen'.

The theater was thoroughly renovated and adapted for the realization of Digital Art Theatre. The combination of as an entertainment temple in the heart of Brussels and MB Presents' expertise in immersive exhibitions offers great potential. Promoter MB Presents, known for blockbuster productions such as Harry Potter – The Exhibition, the expo Steve McCurry, Lanterna Magica, Cirque du Soleil, Van Gogh The Immersive Experience, discovered the versatility of earlier during their production 'The Great Gatsby', a unique immersive theater production in Theater.

The renewed collaboration between the two entertainment specialists takes the public on a comprehensive overview of the tragic life of this incomparable painter, feminist activist and non-conformist bon vivant who was a true icon in her time. At the center of this fascinating exhibition are the artist's paintings, with their accessible symbolism, colorful exotic plants, animals and powerful self-portraits, drawn with the physical and mental pain of a life full of obstacles.

Digital Marketing Year In Review 2021

Panoramic projections invite the visitor to immerse themselves in the world of Frida Kahlo (1907-1954), guided by an audio narration that tells her incredible story in a personal way. The themes of the paintings are intertwined with her own, predominantly poignant, life story. Her intimate self-portraits, in which she explores her own identity and experiences, are famous. Kahlo produced more than fifty-five such portraits.

The exhibition is also an opportunity to view – literally from within – her works, which are still very difficult to see ‘live’. Today 'Le Cadre' is the only painting by the artist that can be seen in France, exhibited at the Center Georges-Pompidou. Brussels is the second European city to host this monumental digital exhibition, which requires around a hundred video projectors and a spatial sound system to bring to life the panoramic moving panels, which extend from floor to ceiling over an area of more than 900 m². to take.

I am a mother of 3 kids (23, 21, and 20 years old!). (Who you can see if you have me on Facebook.) I have four cats! I live north of Toronto, Ontario. I am 42 years old. I didn't get my first cell phone until I was 31 years old. I bought my first car at 35. I eat sunflower seeds like the world is going to run out of them tomorrow and sweet iced tea is my favorite drink. I prefer to be barefoot and I love frogs. I was born In Louisiana, raised in Mississippi. Still Daddy's baby girl. Okay that is enough randomness I think, don't you? :)

Being a mom is what I do best and love more than anything. I also love seeing other artwork, going to the movies with my kids, gaming, and reading... and chatting with friends.

I love doing 3D artwork... I started it mostly because of friends Adiene, Eve, Roz, & Vex. Their work blew my mind years ago, and I just had to learn how to do it... My favorite vendors these days are Jadyn, FredWinkler, Silver, Seven, Outoftouch, Lilflame, Fabiana, Godin & Sveva~

I decided to try my hand at making my own character packages for V4 and A4. This has been an awesome experience and it is amazing to see people making gorgeous pictures with girls I've created! (Please, please, if you create something with a girl of mine, note me and link the image, I do my best to find them all in the gallery and comment and favorite, but I do sometimes miss some.)

Renderosity Highlights Top Content With Poser Pulse Sales

My name is Gordana Zegarac. I am 53 years old. I was born in Negotin (Serbia). [I’m] currently living in Belgrade (Serbia). I grew up with my grandparents [in a] really simple farm life… it was really different, [with] almost none of the technology like we have now. When I was 18, I moved to London and worked there in a hotel for a few years. When I came back to Serbia, I started in real estate. And that was my last job before I started art.

Well, I [have] loved art since I was really young… that was always my dream career. So… the moment I got an opportunity to switch from real estate, I immediately switched.

I use Photoshop, Daz Studio, Zbrush, PoserPro, Substance Painter, and Maya. I started with Photoshop, so I really got used to working in it… Also, it is something that changed my life. [Because of this], it has a bit of a sentimental value.

I am currently working on something totally new for me and my store. Also, my first modeled-by-me outfit, which will bring fantasy and fashion in a really special way.

I use a lot of them. I am really into lighting so the renders can be awesome. That is really important. Bad lighting can make an amazing product look not that great, so that is always my No1 focus.

digital art realismo magico gonzalez automatico

digital art realismo magico gonzalez automatico

Realismo Magico Paintings - Digital Art Realismo Magico Gonzalez Automatico

Mistakes You're Probably Making On Facebook Marketplace — And How To Fix Them

The best way to sell your art online will depend on the nature of your art and your chosen medium. You may choose to sell your art, reproductions of that work, or both.

Fine artists using classic mediums and selling at high price points may choose to only sell originals, for example, while digital art, which can be reproduced without loss of quality, is great for prints and merch. However, most art created in 2D mediums have multiple options for generating unlimited sales on a single work.

Some mediums, like sculpture, are more difficult to reproduce or use for merchandise applications. But for those impossible to scan and print, there are still ways to generate additional income from a single design. For example, clay works may use the same mold to generate similar pieces, and 3D designs can be created over and over with a 3D printer.

Reproducing art on t-shirts or mugs, or as art prints means that a single work can bear fruit indefinitely—or for a limited time. There are two ways to approach selling your art as prints: open edition or limited edition.

Spoke often opts for the limited edition strategy. “We work really hard to find things that are very special to sell. Things that are special should be treated like they’re special, ” Ken says.

To help minimize reselling, Spoke will limit quantities of certain prints per customer. “Making sure that the real fans are actually the ones who are able to get the things that we sell is always a priority, ” Ken says.

Understanding how to sell your prints of your artwork comes down to getting very friendly with a printer, whether that’s your at-home inkjet or a company that handles the task for you. There are multiple options, from DIY to completely hands off, to help you sell art prints and other merchandise to your audience.

The Most Common Facebook Marketplace Scams To Avoid

It’s possible to start selling your own artwork by creating quality prints yourself with high-quality paper, ink, and an at-home office printer. As a new artist, this method can keep costs low, but may be unsustainable as you scale over time.

“In the beginning, I would print, package, and deliver by hand every single poster that was ordered, ” says Maria. “At some point the volume became so much that I couldn’t make time to draw. I was spending all of my days delivering and in transit.”

This method is usually limited to selling art prints on paper, but some specialty home printers may allow you to print on canvas paper or fabric designed specifically for this purpose.
